TRD: challenge #30- sketch inspiration

this weeks challenge is with a sketch,
using TRD "Monochrome- blue" digi papers.

i used black card stock for the card, and for the
contrasting color for each element.
i cut cut the doily circle w/ my Cameo.
used deco edge scallop scissors for the
top and bottom elements.
using pop dots i popped the 2 rectangles and
the banner.

added flower a on the top right corner
and bottom left corner, with some bling.

TRD: challenge #29- color inspiration

here is a butterfly easel card i made using my

Silhouette Cameo.

i cut the base out of black card stock, 

then used the "Monochrome" purple digi papers from

Tsunami Rose Designs to cut out the butterfly layers.

i used some crystal brads, crystal bling, and
some purple flowers for the center.

i think it came out simple but cute.

Wedding Invitation and Wedding shower card

this is the Wedding invitation i made for my cousin

using my Cameo i designed based on a pic provided by the bride,

 then cut 300+  of these invitations.

i think it cam out awesome.

i also made a Wedding Shower card for another cousin.

using my Cameo i cut out this beautiful card.

added purple pearls for the flower centers.

covered the inside w/ vellum.

TRD: challenge #28- anything goes

this weeks challenge was "anything goes"

so i decided to make a card.

i kept it simple, but i think it came out good.

i used the Pink & black Monochrome digit kit .

i layered 2 papers, and 2 elements on top of each other.
also added a handmade glitter fabric flower.

on the inside i lined the sides w/some pink/black washi tape.

FSS- projects made- July/Aug-- Gypsy theme

these are the projects i created for this last round

of the Free Spirit Sisters grp on FB.

this rounds theme was "Gypsy"

top of cigar box.

i used fabric to cover it, Michaels frame, some 

beaded sprays, and Prima flowers.

the sides of the box, i used a colorful beaded trim.

the inside top of the box...i used more of

the beaded sprays to act like a frame.

the inside bottom of the box i just lined w/ more fabric.

this is the chunky charm...which was the bonus project.

front of the 6x6 LO page, i also covered w/ fabric, added

some bead sprays, bead trim, and a fabric flower.

the back of the LO is also fabric,

and a fabric flower.

i made a "library drawer" full of tags.

covered the box w/ fabric and a handmade flower 

w/ a stick pin.

the sides have a beaded trim.

each tag has a different stamp on it.

TRD: challenge #27- lace, ribbon, buttons

hello gorgeous people !

here is another DT project for Tsunami Rose Designs.

 i made a card using the Monochromatic Black journal kit.

i used pink card stock w/ the elements to add cool,

and to make it pop.

i added black buttons to the top right.

2 pink mini roses to the bottom left.

some pink ribbon and white lace on the tag.

the tag, sentiments and the petal envelope

are all popped up w/ pop dots.

on the bottom right is a petal card.
inside the card i included a journal spot
on top of some pink card stock.
i also used some washi tape on each flap
to add some character.

i LOVE how this card came out...

i LOVE using this kit, the possibilities are endless.

there is soooo much you can do w/ just black and white as your palate.

DT project for Free Spirit Favorites: Dress mini album

i made a mini album of my daughter.

i used the very rare Sizzix Dress die.

i will have die cuts for sale in my Etsy store....i have the 

Boys "overalls" and the Baby Onsie die cuts too.

i used MME Madison Ave 6x6 paper pad.

i punched holes on the strap part of each dress,

added eyelets and book rings.

pink ruffled lace on the bottom

and a little Prima bling.

all the pics are cut down a little smaller than 3x2 

and i rounded the corners.

cream pearl trim from Lisa's Etsy store, 

and a chipboard flower w/ flat back pearl.

lace from my stash, Prima bling, 

and IAR cherry blossoms.

the flower is from the die, and i added a flat back pearl.

 i used some pink eyelet lace trim,

IAR cherry blossoms and Prima bling. 

i used some pink bead trim and a pink flower

 from Lisa's Etsy store .

 brown lace from my stash, pearl bling

and brown flower from my stash.

more of the cream pearl trim from Lisa's Etsy store, 

and a cream Prima cabbage rose.

pink lace from my stash, some IAR cherry blossoms, 

and a Prima bling

another chipboard flower and flat back pearl.

lace from my stash, Prima bling, 

and Prima cream rose. 

i put a bunch of lace and trims on the rings to 

give it character.

i LOVE how this mini album came out, 

and she LOVES it too   :)
