DT call for Tiddly Inks blog !!!!

Tonight I am sharing a gorgeous image from Tiddly Inks.

"Druscilla"is her name and she is

available in the store.

i LOVE fairies, and she just looks so elegant !

I have also decided to try for the DT call for Tiddly Inks...

My card was designed with: 

6.5 x 6.5 card base

 G.C.D. paper: Donna Salazar's Spring in Bloom 

DCWV Far East paper -butterflies

paper doily

cheese cloth

Prima bling

Wild Orchid Crafts flowers

 and the gorgeous "Druscilla" image.

Markers used are:

[dress]: R43

[hair]: BG13

[flowers & leaves]: R43, YG17

[skin]: E00, E11

[wings]: silver glitter telly roll pen

i distressed the edges

printed, and colored my image with Copic markers and fussy cut it.

A few embellies were added, but I really wanted to make the image

the main focus of the card.

CynthiaLooWho DT project for November- blocks

hi all.

for my 1st project for Nov for CynthiaLooWHo template designs,

i used the Blocks template.

these blocks are so versatile.

i sized them to be 2' on each side.

i used Teresa Collins Christmas paper and the brads from the same collection.

red lace, red tinsel trim, bling trim, and red glitter Thickers spell

out JOY on the front.

the sides and tops are covered w/ paper.

the backs as well. only the bottoms were not covered.

this will make a cute lil display for the holidays.

TRD- altered food gift bag

for my project this month ive altered a food gift bag,

using Tsunami Rose Designs newest digital journal kit....Charmed Fragments.

i used 2 pages from the the journal kit for the front and the back,

to decorate a food grade gift bag. 

i used 1 sentiment on the front, cut from the sentiment element sheet.

i used a tiny trim to border the top and bottom of the sentiment.

i also included 2 cream colored buttons a big blue flower w/ a stick pin in it. 

sides i left plain.

the back.

i plan on using this lil gift bag to deliver some homemade cookies or cake pops to a dear friend this Christmas.

Oct DT project #2 for CYnthiaLooWho

hi all.

for my 2nd DT project for Cynthia LooWho

i created another banner.

using the "dress" from the Baby Banner template only.

this one is all girl and all pink, lol.

my daughter LOVED the Baby Banner i did a couple weeks ago, 

and wanted me to make one for her room

she picked out all the papers (from my stash), the flowers,

the laces/trims, the bling, and the letters.

i wanted her to have the creative choice on her banner.

i just put it all together nicely for her.

hung on pink lace

she pick out all the papers, lace, trims, bling, flowers.

each letter is popped on pop dots, 

and has cheesecloth underneath.

all the sleeves and the bottoms are a trimmed.

most have some Prima pearl bling.

they all have flowers.

and or flower bling.

i LOVE how this came out and my daughter will LOVE it in her room.

last project for FSS FB group- angel package

i was an angel for a sweet friend in the Free Spirit FB group.

we found out months later that she didn't receive a swap package from someone.

to i decided to do her angel package.

the theme was "love is in the details"

we were to create a BOX or trims, and alter a

muffin tin, and a 6x6 LO.

i had sooo much fun creating for her.

i used paper from Karen Foster, was a love/Valentine theme.

one end, pink and white lace trim, 

Prima flowers, Prima pearl bling, and Prima resin.

opposite end, similar embellishments

side of box.

inside of box, also lined w/ the same papers.

altered dividers w/ laces wrapped around.

altered 6x6 LO

altered muffin tin, filled w/ embellishments.

Art journal page entries for Shirley

these are the altered journal pages

i created for Shirley.

the theme was Shabby Chic Paris.

i did lots of layering on both pages.

1st i use some tissue paper w/ gold foil on it.

some shabby chic paper, torn, and applied w/ mod podge.

gesso, stamping, ephemera, flower, and some Prima bling.

same here, but also added a heart doily and some flower

lace trim.

i think they came out nice. lots of layers and texture.

Oct DT project #1 for Cynthialoowho

hi all.

well i did it.. i made it onto an awesome DT team...

i now design for Cynthialoowho.  

i LOVE her templates, they are so easy to do and soo much fun to put together.

so, for my 1st DT project i made a baby banner for a friend of mine

that just had a baby girl.

she's not a crafter so i had to keep it simple.

i used the Baby Banner templet, and i think it came out soo CUTE.

the baby room's colors are yellow and gray.

i used each of the shapes from the template...dress, bib

onsie, and stroller.

the paper i used is MME Moments.

thickers for the letters, scallop circle punch,

gray lace, gray pearl trim, and Prima bling.

i also made a dangle charm w/ gray beads and a charm,

hung on the bottom.

same paper pad, yellow lace and yellow bead trim.

also added a yellow butterfly charm.

same paper.

gray pearl trim, gray Prima bling, gray flat backed pearls

for the bottom snaps.

i also made a dangle charm w/ gray beads and a charm,

hung on the bottom. 

same paper pad, yellow lace and yellow crystal flowers.

yellow flower rosette trim for the wheels, Prim bling.

also added a yellow butterfly charm on the

dangle charm w/ gray beads and a charm. 

same paper pad.

gray lace, gray pearl trim, and Prima bling.

i also made a dangle charm w/ gray beads and a charm,

hung on the bottom.

i then used silver eyelets and yellow lace to string up the banner.
