TRD- paper bag card

this week i created a simple but cute paper bag card.

using some papers soon to be retiring from Tsunami Rose Designs.

they are solo fun to work with, and

go with pretty much everything.

i used 3 diff papers, one for the front of the card, .

i added some flowers, lace, bling and charms to the front.

and 2 for the inside, which includes

a pocket for a giftcard.

the back of the card has a pocket for a small gift.

(basically the opening of the paper bag)

this would make a great card/gift for anyone.

i plan on making a few of these for the end

of the school year gifts.

my Vinyl projects

hey all.

just wanted to share some projects I've created using vinyl

and my Sil Cameo machine :)

my very 1st try.

made a HK cup for a friend.

made this as a wedding gift.

(lighting and location were horrible, but i get better)

wine glasses as well.

i did the glitter on the stems myself.

this as an anniversary gift for someone at hubby's work.

another wedding gift

matching cutting board.

some cool coffee mugs for an anniversary gift.

for a Christmas gift 2013

also a Christmas gift 2013

Christmas gift for a co-worker 2013

(Dear Santa, I was naughty.... and it was worth it.)

mason jar mug w/lid & straw

for a school function.

made the school logo myself :)

coffee mug

plastic tumbler w/ logo in school colors.

these are the major projects I've created.

there will be more, so stay tuned :)

TRD- altered Balsa box

this week i created an altered

Balsa box using the NEW digital kit

from Tsunami Rose Designs....

Petticoat Ephemera.

the Balsa box is from Michaels.

i used 1 paper for the top, and a different

paper for the bottom part.

i also put an ephemera piece to the right side,

and added a sentiment on pop dots.

there is a little bit of black lace on the bottom

of the top flap.

Prima flowers, and Prima bling

finish up the left side.

all in all, i think its came out cute.

this will make a great gift for Mother's Day,

with a little surprise inside :)

TRD: Petticoat Ephemera - altered picture frame

this week i created an altered

picture frame using the NEW digital kit

from Tsunami Rose Designs....

Petticoat Ephemera.

i used an oval wood frame from Michaels,

covered it in some of the beautiful

paper from Petticoat Ephemera.

i then inked the edges w/ black paint,

to give it a distressed look.

added some flowers and bling.

i used a great sentiment, that comes in the kit.

just popped it on pop dots.

this frame was quick, and easy.

it will make great gifts for Teacher Appreciation week.

TRD: junk journal

this week i created a "junk journal".

i used the various papers from Tsunami Rose Designs

all of them were leftover papers and embellies

from previous projects.

i kept the cover simple....as it is a work in progress.

i can add to the cover, as i add to the inside.

i used leftover sentiments, pockets,

and tags.

i even used papers not from a journal kit,

but some single digi papers.

not all the papers go together per say,

but isn't that what a junk journal is?

lots of embellies were popped w/pop dots.

lots of pockets.

plenty of room for pics, and journaling.

even some sentiments in black, to add contrast.

the pockets are perfect for hidden journaling.

this project is simple, but can turn into something great.

as i continue to make projects, i now have a place where all my

extra papers/embellies/etc will go.

TRD: altered Match box

this week i created an altered matchbox.
i used the papers from Tsunami Rose Designs
the Polished Lackluster digital kit.

i used the papers for the outside cover,
and for the drawer inside.
i added some lace, trim, a flower, and
some pearl bling to the top.

i used buttons w/ a flat back pearl

as the center for a drawer pull on both sides.

i think this came out sooo cute, perfect for a little gift.
