TRD: Petticoat Ephemera - altered picture frame

this week i created an altered

picture frame using the NEW digital kit

from Tsunami Rose Designs....

Petticoat Ephemera.

i used an oval wood frame from Michaels,

covered it in some of the beautiful

paper from Petticoat Ephemera.

i then inked the edges w/ black paint,

to give it a distressed look.

added some flowers and bling.

i used a great sentiment, that comes in the kit.

just popped it on pop dots.

this frame was quick, and easy.

it will make great gifts for Teacher Appreciation week.

TRD: junk journal

this week i created a "junk journal".

i used the various papers from Tsunami Rose Designs

all of them were leftover papers and embellies

from previous projects.

i kept the cover simple....as it is a work in progress.

i can add to the cover, as i add to the inside.

i used leftover sentiments, pockets,

and tags.

i even used papers not from a journal kit,

but some single digi papers.

not all the papers go together per say,

but isn't that what a junk journal is?

lots of embellies were popped w/pop dots.

lots of pockets.

plenty of room for pics, and journaling.

even some sentiments in black, to add contrast.

the pockets are perfect for hidden journaling.

this project is simple, but can turn into something great.

as i continue to make projects, i now have a place where all my

extra papers/embellies/etc will go.

TRD: altered Match box

this week i created an altered matchbox.
i used the papers from Tsunami Rose Designs
the Polished Lackluster digital kit.

i used the papers for the outside cover,
and for the drawer inside.
i added some lace, trim, a flower, and
some pearl bling to the top.

i used buttons w/ a flat back pearl

as the center for a drawer pull on both sides.

i think this came out sooo cute, perfect for a little gift.

TRD: Parisian DayDream mini album

OMG !!

i LOVE LOVE how this mini album came out.

i used Tsunami Rose Designs

digital kit Parisian Daydream to create this adorable mini.

i cut the mini out using my Sizzix dress die.

i cut 10 pages out of chipboard, and 20 out of the papers.

i punched holes at the "straps" and added eyelets and book rings.

each page has a lace or trim, flowers and pearl bling.

this cover has a beautiful image, flowers, lace and bling.

there is a pocket on the top page,

w/ a tag tucked inside

this top page has a journaling sentiment card.

this top page has a fan cut from the ephemera page.

another pocket and tag on this top page.

the last pocket and tag on this top page.

the back page i left blank.

i will add my info to it when it is ready to do to its

new home.
